Project Manager and Owner
John Werkman C.E.T.
John has been with Duomax for over 30 years and is the owner of the company.
He is well experienced working with clients, architects and the subcontractors on the projects.
He ensures the clear lines of communication are established and maintained amongst the project team, the subcontractors, and the client concerning all activity during the construction and through completion of the project.
He has extensive experience with projects for both new construction and renovations in the institutional, commercial, and industrial sector.
Project Manager and Estimator
Ed is a highly skilled and effective project manager who has been employed with Duomax for over 17 years.
He is well experienced working with clients and architects in order to bring the client’s vision for their project to life, having been certified as a general carpenter and working as a site superintendent for many years prior to becoming a project manager.
He is also our primary estimator, maintaining close symbiotic relationships with local sub trades. The mutual respect they have for one another allows him to guarantee high quality work to the client while closely managing the budget.
