The project consisted of a 2-storey addition and interior and exterior renovations to the existing library building. The 2-storey addition was constructed with masonry walls and aluminum glazing. Included in the interior alterations were new accessible washroom facilities, quiet rooms, lobby, circulation desk, document storage and historical archive department.
