This project consists of complete interior alterations and revitalization of a 90,000 SF elementary school to convert it to a high school, including four new science labs, a new special needs department, and new automotive and woodworking shops. Also included are new energy efficient exterior windows, new masonry and drywall partitions, mechanical upgrades, lighting and electrical upgrades, new flooring, painting, access control, and PA system. Site work alterations to accommodate bus drop-off and turning lanes were included, in addition to staff and student parking. A new 12,000 SF gymnasium addition is still in progress.
