Manchester Pets

The project consisted of the design and construction of an 18,000 SF pet food manufacturing facility, complete with 2,200 SF of office space and a 5,500 SF freezer. Project scope includes civil storm retention/management, new site services, parking lot, and loading docks. It is a pre-engineered steel building with an insulated metal panel building envelope and it includes
specialized mechanical and electrical components to produce pet foods.
